Supply and installation of commercial kitchen at the The Whisky Distillery – June of 2017

We worked with the client to supply and install a mixture of new and reconditioned equipment to meet the client’s budget.  Some of the equipment we installed includes: Rational 10 grid oven, Blue Seal Salamander grill, Bartlett 6 burner oven range , Infernus Fryer, Menumaster microwave and a bespoke extraction canopy

We also added a pizza preparation area which included a granite worktop along with digital temperature display and controller, and Infernus double deck pizza oven

 

Set in the grounds of St George’s Distillery, home to The English Whisky Co. we’ve created a relaxing and comfortable environment for you to enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch or simply coffee and cake. In addition to our restaurant, we also have outside seating on the terrace to enjoy those warm summer days
