The Atosa EBF03 is a compact 3-grid countertop blast chiller and shock freezer, perfect for smaller kitchens or low-to-medium volume production. Whether you’re batch prepping for service or safely chilling food to comply with hygiene standards, this powerful unit gets it done fast — bringing cooked food from +90°C to +3°C in just 90 minutes, or to -18°C in 240 minutes.
The EBF03 combines chilling and freezing functions in one unit, and includes an internal food probe to ensure safe, even cooling throughout. It accommodates either 3 x 1/1 GN pans or 3 bakery trays, making it ideal for restaurants, bakeries, and central production.
