Lincat FDB8 Countertop Refrigerated Food Display Bar (Base unit) is perfect for preparing pizzas and sandwiches either at the front of house or back of house. Holding food at 3°C-7°C in ambient conditions up to 25°C, its low profile enables it to hold 100 mm Gastronorm containers (sold separately). The unit has precise thermostatic control of temperature with digital display and high/low temperature warning, which gives the user confidence that their food will stay fresh. The FDB range of Display Bars are available in a variety of widths, all 377mm deep and 245mm in height.
Range includes: FDB4 – 1056mm(w), FDB5 – 1222mm (w), FDB6 – 1399mm (w), FDB8 – 1753mm (w), FDB10 – 2107mm (w).
