Lincat OG8106/OP Single Tank (Twin Basket) Gas Fryer with Pump, 16 Litre Oil Capacity
Lincat OG8106/OP Single Tank (Twin Basket) Gas Fryer with Pump, 16 Litre Oil Capacity has an integral pumped filtration system and is part of the Opus 800 range. This is a 400mm wide fryer and comes with 2 years parts and labour. This fryer is strong and durable, with a fully welded stainless steel body and comes as option of either Natural Gas or LPG/Propane.
Pumped Filtration
The integral pumped filtration enables oil to be filtered and the fryer ready for use again in less than 5 minutes. Oil can be filtered during or after service, even whilst hot, maximising oil life. This eliminates the need to lift heavy containers, reducing contact with hot oil and the chances of hazardous spillages. The fryer is supplied with a hose with lance for easy discharge of oil into a waste container.
